    1. Placenames
    2. Hi All: I received a death certificate for my ancestor Benjamin Beynon who died in 1862. I am having difficulty reading the handwriting and I am hoping someone familiar with the area can tell me if I am deciphering the placenames correctly: He died in: Pencwarau?? Llanboidy and his witness ( Dan Davies) lived in Fifynnon ? even, Cilmaenllwyd. Any help in figuring these names out would be appreciated. Thanks, Deb

    3. Hello Deb I thought you said you had all the census from 1851 onwards - but I've just looked back and seen you have left out 1861. In 1861 Benjamin and family were living in Penquarre in Llanboidy so that would be the name on the death certificate. I'll check out all the details and sent you the full description off list later today or possibly tomorrow.
