Hi Pauline, I have sent for the birth certificate for Rees, but with the holidays it may take a while. But I'll keep you informed, perhaps the I'll be able to trace Thomas' marriage. There is one problem you might be able to help me with. It concerns the birth of Edward Price, born in Llandeilo in about 1828 to Richard Price and Elizabeth (Thomas). I believe I've found his brother and sisters (1814 - 1824). I found him with his mother in the 1841 census, but no father, but he married in June 1851 and named his father, but no mention of him being deceased. There are family stories concerning Edward and connecting him to Golden Grove, but nothing that could be proved. I would appreciate it if you could find a record of his birth or baptism, and if his father was indeed dead before 1841. Many thanks in advance, Ken Happy New Year
