Hi Pauline Its raining here today, not very nice at all in regard to the issue of surnames on the Carmartheninshire web site under Llangain parish Baptisms if you type in Thomas as the surname you will see for the first page and a half that there are no forenames for the father the surnames are double barrel ie Thomas Roger for the father of William baptised 1784. I also noticed it on another parish, but can't remember which one for the moment. Could Richard please let me know if the surname is Thomas or Roger?
