Hi If you contact the Carmarthen Archives they will research the voters list for you after 1940's. It will be easier to research if on one of the certs it states an address. They do charge for the research £20 for an hour but it wouldn't take them longer than that. They will advice you if you email them directly, they are really nice there. Simply google Carmarthen Archives and it will take you to the web site.
