    3. Dear Pauline, I don't have any info. on my great grandparents. The only thing I know is that my grandfather, Morgan J. Rees, was born on May 12, 1852.He had a sister Ann born Dec. 20, 1845. Both of them came to America in the late 1800's. He also had a brother John who went to Africa and disappeared, we know nothing about him. I know they were all born in Carmarthenshire, their father's name was John, I don't know the mother's name, and I'm just guessing their birth- dates. when was the next census taken after1851,maybe they'll show up there? ----- Original Message ----- Thanks for trying, Ron From: "Pauline James" <paulinejames@onvol.net> To: <CARMARTHENSHIRE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, November 16, 2005 4:30 AM Subject: Re: [Cmn-L] Carmarthenshire, John Rees, 1861 > Dear Ron > > Do you have any additonal information on him.....have you found him in any > census.... > > I looked in 1851 census and there are 58 in their 20's......so a parish of > origin would be a help.... > > Pauline > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Ronald Rees" <rdrees@verizon.net> > To: <CARMARTHENSHIRE-L@rootsweb.com> > Sent: Tuesday, November 15, 2005 5:34 PM > Subject: [Cmn-L] Carmarthenshire, John Rees, 1861 > > >> Hello List, >> I guess I sent my request to the wrong address, so I'm re- >> submitting it, I hope that's O K. >> I'm looking for my grgrandfather, all I know is that he lived in >> Carmarthenshire, His name was John Rees, I don't know his wife's name, He >> was born around 1823,probably got married in 1844 or 45.
