DENNIS died in Paris, Bourbon County, Kentucky. 5. Benjamin SHINN (Rebecca CARLOCK-1) was born in 1788 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. He died on 10 January 1847 in Camargo, Mexico during the Mexican War. He was married to Tabitha BLACKBURN about 1827 in Griffin, Spalding County, Georgia.
