Seeking information about ancestry of Myers Bright CARELOCK, b. Nov. 3, 1873; m. Delona HICKS; issued patent for land in Union Co., AR, 1904, d. May 16, 1938. Since most CARLOCKs, and all known CARELOCKs and CEARLOCKs (pronounced like CARELOCK), are believed to be descended from David GERLACH/CARLOCK (1674 - 1763), s/o Hans GERLACH, I have included Myers Bright CARELOCK and his descendants in my report titled "Descendants of Hans GERLACH" by placing six generations of "Unknown CARLOCKs" between David and Myers.
