Please if anyone out there can help me I would be so grateful. My G-G-Grandmother was: RACHAEL E. CARLOCK born 1837 in ILL., married JOHN R. WALLIS 12/23/1858 in Phelps Co. Mo. died 11/14/1904 in Phelps Co. Mo. This is all the information I have on her. Some in the family say the story was she was taken by the Indians and that was all she could remember of her family , others say the facts do not seem to be this story but they have no answer.
