This is in response to the following e-mail which I received from Katheryn HADDAD yesterday. Here is the address for my home page: http://familytreemaker.genealogy.com/users/t/i/l/Susan-E-Tilleman/index.html?Welcome=990445746 Page 436 of the book "History of the Carlock Family", by Marion Pomeroy CARLOCK, 1929, says that Conrad (s/o David) died without issue. I have no other information about Conrad other than what is in the book. However, page 437 says that the 1790 census only shows one daughter for Frederick, Jr. (s/o Frederick, David). I suspect that Frederick may have had a son. I am looking at Frederick, Jr., as one of the possible ancestors of my direct ancestor, George W. CARLOCK/CEARLOCK, b. ca. 1779, NC. The other CEARLOCK line traces their ancestry back through George Washington CARLOCK (s/o John, Lemuel, Hanchrist, David), b. Apr. 25, 1812, Allen, KY, found on pages 438 - 440 of "History of the Carlock Family". Susan "Sue" Cearlock Tilleman ----- Original Message ----- From: K.
