Born April 10, 1921, in Queen City, Mo., he lived in Vista for 18 years. He was a production planner for McDonnell Douglas for 30 years and served in the U. S. Army Air Corps during World War II. Mr. Carlock was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Isabell Carlock, in 1988. He is survived by his sons, Larry Carlock of Vista, Ronald Carlock of Carlsbad and Jimmy Carlock of Fallbrook; sister Helen Barrett of Boise, Idaho; and five grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. today, Sept. 1, at Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery, with the Rev. Glenn Bechthold officiating. Allen Brothers Mortuary, Vista Chapel, is handling arrangements.
