Debbie, Go to Family Tree Maker's Web site. They have a form to fill out requesting the submitter info. It's free. They do require the number from the center of the CD -- just to make sure that you are the actual owner of the CD. I usually get the submitter's name, address and hopefully e-mail address back in less than 24 hours. I've made some valuable contacts and gotten a lot of extra information this way. Good luck!
