    3. Hi Ann, Here's the link to the PRO page. The page itself might not open, but in the Search Catalog window type Ship AND Ticket. I must correct an earlier email, where Ivan thought the Tickets came down to the present. He has corrected that impression, and the page shows that the records come to about 1857-1860, although the Officers Records go to 1965. So there's Merchant Seamen Officers Records, 1845-1965; Merchant Seamen Registers of Service, 1835-1857; Merchant Shipping Crew Lists and Agreements, 1747-1860.
