Meanwhile, I have heard from the Archives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. They are referring me back to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Because of this and in the light of what you and Ernest has just written, the documents are most likely there, so I may have been rather premature in my expectation. I would prefer to get a copy or notes on the contents of the document mentioned by Ernest before thinking of going there, or asking some-one to go there or even asking the Archivist there about the documents.
