    3. Dear Cindy, This is very interesting. Mrs. Warner may have been Elizabeth Ottley (1757-1801) who is mentioned here. She had two sisters, one Mary Trant Ottley who married in Sept 1785 to Captain Cornelius Smelt in Richmond Co: York. He was the Lieut.
