Thank you Barb! No, I thought I'd done such a thorough search and guess I did not get that one. That fills in a bit more info, but I still have no idea who Araminta's father is. It is odd that she is listed as Araminta Standards, which is her mother's maiden name. No one (not even my family) seems to know of her father. She may have been an "out of wedlock" child, which in those days was a big "no-no"... I'm hoping to get more info when I return to Barbados next year. Thanks again!
