Unfortunately, Chris, the download is not available to Canadians, no doubt due to copyright issues. There is no place on the right hand side of the page where it can be downloaded. The only choices are to search for the book on various websites or to find it at a library, all of which listed are in the United States. This is a factor that I have found many times when other listers report books available for download on Google Books. Because of copyright restrictions most of them cannot be downloaded in Canada.
