Folks, Does anyone have experience with researchers/research in Copenhagen? I am looking for someone who could look at (and translate) the probate record of Pieter Wood, married to Maria C. Wood (they were from St. Croix, I think, or at least owned land there). The record is dated 1813 6/1 and is on "P. 485" -- not sure what the page number indicates. What do probate records typically say?
