Please Please anyone out there in the big wide world Know of a Celestin Kemp. His place of birth was St Croix. I believe he was born in 1806. In 1860 at the age of 54 he lived in Ostergade(east Street) Christiansted East Street. Owners are said to be V. & A. Cruser. The information I have found says he was a clerk of the church. Hopefully someone can help me.
