Hello everybody! I am a new member on this list, and am researching my Moore and Heyliger families of the West Indies. I did find an earlier thread here, dated 1999, which has given me some wonderful information. I am aware from that, that William Moore married Adriana Heyliger in 1779, in St Eustatius where he had a plantation. I am particularly interested to know anything at all about their son Peter, who married Marie Francoise Adele Serane (aka Adele Serane) in 1815. Also anything at all about the Moores going further back - eg, I think that they were from Drogheda and maybe related to the Earls of Drogheda. I would like to confirm this, and to find when they arrived from Ireland. Thanks! Marie
