I've looked at this reference a few years ago- they have a copy at Enid M. Baa Public Library (von Scholten collection) in St. Thomas, V.I. It was more of a dictionary- the book didn't truly have any histories of the plantations. I looked up a couple plantations and from what I recall the information in this book was more like a few comments as to locations (latitude and longitude), adjacent places, other names by which it was known, and perhaps a comment on how it got its name.
