The genealogy is in the Appendix and includes the surnames WARNER, WINTHORPE, BYAM, WILLIAMS, CODRINGTON, MATHEW, MACKINNON, THOMAS, CARLISLE, LAVINGTON, FITZROY, WILLOUGHBY, MARTIN, and FREEMAN. There's also the 1710 will of Governor PARKE. Besides the genealogy, there are numerous chapters dealing with slavery.
