Hello, The LDS Family History Library does have records for Carriacou as part of Grenada. Here is what they have for Anglican parish records for Carriacou. You may also want to check the parish records for St. George in Grenada. You can check the library catalog at www.familysearch.org For newspapers, the British Library has some old papers of the The St. George’s Chronicle and Grenada Gazette. There are also some papers at the American Antiquarian Society in Worcester, Massachusetts. I'm sure there are other locations too. Hope this helps, Cathy
