There is available an interesting book entitled "100 Years' History of the 2nd West India Regiment, 1795-1892" by J E Caulfield, ISBN 9781845743192. I was hoping it would mention my 3xGreat Grandfather, Paymaster Captain Richard Nosworthy - it didn't but many officers are named and it's a good pointer to where the regiment was deployed at different times.
