I am looking for a Gold Hill Cemetery, that would of been around in 1875, for a Robinson, Samuel H., who had been Mayor of Oakland, Calif., 1856-57. Died in Oakland , at his daughter's house. He had left Oakland, at sometime to mine for gold, came back to Oakland, when he was sick, and died one week after coming back, on 1875-10-24. Both his D.C.'s and obit, state that he was to be buried in the Gold Hill Cemetery, so wondering where it was and what happened to it. Thanks George --------------------------------- Yahoo!
