Hi, I am looking for information on my great great uncle, Harry Blake Hadlow and his family. Harry was born in Woolpit, Suffolk, England in 1874. He emigrated to Canada in 1897. While in Canada, he married Hannah Pearson (?) and had at least four children - John (1905 - 1987), Sybil (1910 - 1976), Marian (1915 - ?) and Ruth (c1917 - ?). The family emigrated to the US from Victoria, BC, Canada to San Francisco, California in 1918. Harry's US WWI registration card identified him as a Priest in the Episcopal Church, living at 554 Golden Gate Avenue, Richmond, California. In 1920 Harry was a Clergyman of the Episcopal Church living with his family in Richmond, Contra Costa, California. In 1930 he was still a Clergyman of the Episcopal Church but was now living with his family in Auburn, Placer, California. He died on 28th May 1968 in Placer County, California. Harry's wife, Hannah, died on 1st September 1973 also in Placer County, California. John Blake Hadlow died on 25th October 1987 in Siskiyou County, California. Sybil E Hadlow died on 12th November 1976 in Sacremento County, California. I would love to know more about this family, and especially if there are any descendents still in the area.
