Hi everyone: Does anybody know of a connection between the McKenzies and the Buie family in the Cape Fear area of NC? I am trying to locate the parents of my Alexander McKenzie b. 1785. His first son was named John Buie McKenzie. His wife was Charlotte Monroe so maybe there's a connection between the Monroes and the Buies. I would appreciate any information.
