If you haven't discovered it the Argyll Colony Plus is a good resource for the Scottish immigrants into the Cape Fear area. Vol 10 #1 starts with the will of John Clark in Duplin County, N.C. April the 16th 1767 and continues to give lots of information about his descendants. His descendants are continued in the next issue and then Volume 12 #3 picks up again with his granddaughter, Elizabeth Jane Clark m Hardy Hunter and continues with their descendants.
