Would like some help with Duncan Mc Craven. He shows up in Union County, SC in 1780's. The first record we find for him spells his name McCreeven. Our family member living in England tried to locate the name in Scotland and was told that the name must have been changed (Americanized?). One branch spells it Mc Raven, now. Ruth Burns
