Hello List! Well I've not been looking at my Canham ancestors in a long long while (they were originally Norfolk England - and some went across the sea to the US... I've been concentrating on the other branches in Scotland and here in Wales. But nice to know that Holly you are still there. I perhaps will dig out the Norfolk side again and see if any names posted are amongst mine (but if Holly doesnt have them I doubt if I will as we are on the same BIG tree!!! Kindest regards Melanie Stark Pembrokeshire West Wales UK. Hi Melanie Stark, As I recall, that line goes back to James Canham and Elizabeth Spooner. Which child do you come through? I am enjoying the 1841 census online at Ancestry.com and Ancestry's free birth and marriage Indexes. I've learned to find spouses' surnames by using the number (usually 3 digits) with the town and exact date in the advanced search. Very handy.
