Hi All I'm in the process of extracting all references to the Canham and related families from the parish register of Neatishead, Norfolk, where my Canham ancestors lived in the 1700's, and probably your ancestors too! Many of you already have my original notes outlining our descent from a Samuel Canham, born about 1739. I am pleased to report that I have been able to gather further details about him, his wife, and their descendents from this parish register. I plan to type the results of my work in a report, which I will be glad to share with anyone who is interested. I will need another week or so to make sure I haven't missed any entries. The first ten years of the register is very hard to decipher, and some in Latin, making it nearly impossible to decipher. There are also surrounding parishes where our Canham ancestors were baptized, married and buried. I may continue with some of those to find additional details.
