Hi - I finally finished up a roll of film that had been in the camera for over 2 years. The very first ones on the roll were some that I took in Napa of the Butler headstone. The first one follows. I am disappointed that they didn't turn out better. Too dark - even though the flash went off. Anyway, maybe Allen can play with it with his software. If you can't read the inscriptions - the main stone is for Peter Franklin and Dora. Right below them is the "mystery" person. Someone by the name of Dwight Elmore that died in 1981. I still can't figure that out. On the small ledge right below that name is Dorothy Hust (my mother's oldest sister who died in childbirth), Edna Mae Butler (my grandmother) in the middle and next to her on the far right is where your Isaac's ashes are. I have 2 other pictures that I took there. One is the headstone from a little further away and the last one is a closeup. I tried to get the names that are on the ledge but the shadows interfered. Unless you look closely, the first names are barely visible. I'll send that along if you are interested. I did not scan these pictures - when I had them developed I had them print a set and also put a set on a disk. Have you ever done that? The viewer software is included on one of the disks. You just install it then view any of the pictures on your monitor. Neat!! I'm in the middle of a computer catastrophe so I better get back to it now. In the middle of posting the books for one of my clients, something went bonkers within my accounting software. It won't post anything else or even let me view reports so I can redo what got screwed up. Of course - my latest backup is 2 months old. I can restore but then would have to redo 2 months worth of entries. NOT what I want to do. I'll try and get some tech support Monday and hope for the best. Fortunately, the mess is only with one client. I would really be in deep trouble if it was all of them. Have a nice weekend and I hope you enjoy the picture. If you like, I can have hard copies made of them for you. Jeanne
