    3. Hi Gus Yippee, yes I have tentatively got William the son of Richard and Elizabeth Milton, but was slightly confused as there is another possible marriage for Richard to Elizabeth Hunt. Children for Richard which I extracted from the film total 14!! Possibly two families. Don't know. Couldn't find a burial for Richard so was hard pressed to go back further. My William was bp 1806 in Tewkesbury and definately a waterman. His male children were called Joseph Charles George and Richard, so there are definate possibilites here I would say. That you are off to Gloucestershire, in pursuit, is wonderful. Let's hope it all works out or should I say in. We all get disorientated at times and can quite understand how you feel!! I am sure Droitwich is where they found the "Spry" which has been renovated and is now sitting in the Bliss Open Air Museum. The Spry was once owned by the Rice family. They originally came from Tewkesbury and I am also descended from them. Joseph Rice Transport, still based in Gloucester and operating on the roads now, is the same family. Best of luck in Gloucester.
