I cannot find Drawbridge Cottage, but I could scan the relevant part of the map which shows the area around Etruria Vale. Or, if you are interested, you could order the map from www.alangodfreymaps.co.uk , price GBP 1.95 and 50p P&P (UK & Ireland) Have any new listers seen any references to Barnabas BEAUMONT who was a Boatman from at least 1851-1861 in Tipton?
