Hi Kenneth, Sorry I cannot tell you anything about your great grandmother Elizabeth Hewitt. However, I have a Hewitt connection. My GGgrandmother's name was Emma Hewitt, Christened Feb 4, 1920, in Coventry, Saint Michael, Warwick. May have been born in 1817. Her parents were William Hewitt and Catherine ? Emma Hewitt married John Woodhead. In the 1851 Census they lived on Much Park Street, Coventry and had three children. Martha Hewitt Woodhead, Selina, and Henry Hewitt Woodhead. In the 1881 Census at 8 Ct. 5 Much Park St. Coventry lived Emma Woodhead and three grandaughters. Martha Bott, Emma Bott, and Lucy Bott. No mention of John Woodhead. Don't know if there could be a connection or not. Thanks for any connection that can be made.
