Hi to everybody, Another new lister who had hit the proverbial brick wall and would like some help if possible. My G-G-Grandfather, Robert MILLWARD, was born in Worcester in 1826 (According to the family bible). He married in 1852 in Wolverhampton to Mary Ann OWEN (born Coventry 1835) and on his marriage certificate both his and his father, John's occupation was given as Boatman. That is the only information I have. I have looked through the 1851 census for Wolverhampton, but cannot find them. Mary Ann had a child in 1853 at Lower Green, Tipton and the person present at death was a Mary Ann BRIDGES. I found Mary Ann OWEN on the 1851 census for Lower Green living with her grandmother, Nancy BRIDGES, who was a widow of 85 and her occupation was a Pauper Boatwoman. I have also been through the records at Worcester, but to no avail. Anybody with any ideas or suggestions. Regards Jackie Kidderminster, UK Researching: MILLWARD, COTTERILL, LOWE, OWEN, KIBBLER, COOKE
