Hello everyone, I wonder if anyone has any stories or info. on the Rochdale Canal at Walsden and Todmorden. I have no boat people in that area but many of my ancestors were Mill owners in Waldsen and would have used the canal to transport cotton from Manchester and then transport the finished goods to various places on the canal.
