    2. Hi there, If in the U.K keep an eye open for a seies of 6 films on family history starting on BBC 2 on Saturday February 26th called Blood Ties. There is one due early March on boat families..there has been a tale of a boatman selling crocks along the canal bank. Can anyone give me any information about the above boatman and is anyone researching the following names - all boatmen or connected to boatmen by marriage or transportation of crockery/earthenware/coal. Jeremiah WHITEHOUSE - Coal Merchant/Boatmaster, lived on Fisher Row 1817-1819 and was mentioned in Mary Priors book.Oxford/Reading born c 1783 ?
