Unfortunately his attestation papers are also not online. The closest I can see in the 1911 census is 42 12 Jackson Willey M Domestic S Feb 1883 28 b. Angleterre (England), emig 1896. 1911 / Quebec / L`Assomption / 1 Lachenaie / page 2 If you get their marriage record, which I expect is in Quebec, it should list their parents.
