The Marriage Registration [Lond Form Marriage Certificate/Genealogical Certificate]could show the names of both sets of parents - including the mothers maiden names - and the place of birth of parents. Do you know when/Where Wm. Harvey BROWN - passed away? His Death Registration [Long form Death Certificate/ Genealogical Certificate[will show all personal information required at the time - and known to the informant. including the names and place of birth of parents - maiden name of mother etc. Have you searched any Census - 1881, 1891>?
