Dear Debra, I noted your name on a request for information on a James Nicolson. I cannot provide any information on the Nicolson family but would be interested to know which branch of the Nicol family you belong to. For several years I have been researching the family of David Nicol and Lillias Smeaton who settled in the Creemore, Ontario area about 1852. In the course of my research I have collected information on many Nicol families and thought that perhaps we might be able to "swap" information.
