Phillip will be approximately 54 years old. Unfortunately that is all the information I have and Phillip will not know anything about me but I am the granddaughter of his Grandfather Robert Halliwell's older brother William Halliwell. I have been given the information from another cousin Brenda Lang (nee Scowcroft) I would really be interested in contacting Phillip as we have very few relatives on my fathers side of the family
Hi, Try doing a search at http://www.canada411.com/eng/person.html . It is an online phone directory for Canada. Try doing a search with last name, first name initial and "all provinces". You may want to try a search for the parents as well if you think they may still be living.
