They came from Valleyfield,Quebec area about 1858-1859.to Moira,Franklin County, New York. I have possible information of the following: Robert's first name may have been Gilbert. A Gilbert and Rose (BOYER) married in St. Thimothee de Beauhamois,Quebec on April 20,1847. Gilbert's parents were Gilbert and Madeleinne (FORTIER) THOMPSON. Rose's parents were Rene Pierre and Rose (MAILLLOUZ) BOYER..
