Emily was born on 19 October 1882, in Reading, England, and she married Edward Goatley and emigrated to the USA. They had two daughters, Laura and Marion and my father last heared from Emily in1943 when she was living in Majana Falls, New York. Edward Goatley was also born in Reading in, or about, 1880 and in 1901 I believe that he was living in Tilehurst, Berkshire, employed as a bricklayers labourer. I have not been able to find the date and place of their marriage so any help would be very much appreciated.
