I believe they were all in the Province of Quebec. 1880 USA Census Surname Sicard, results in 50+ Secor/Sicard/Secord names. 1 family in Iowa, 1 Family in Maine 1880 USA Census Surname Pittman, Pennsylvania, results were over 200+ names. Now, we know the parents of both Joseph and Rachel are in these lists somewhere, but the question is where?
