The Canada Pension Plan was initiated in 1968 I believe and records are not accessible to my knowledge. Registries are held on a provincial basis not on a country basis. For deaths, you need to contact the Vital Statistics of each province to my knowledge. With regard to Québec, there is a registry for deaths available on CD, it covers the period of 1925 to 1995; same for marriages.
