I am guessing that the family who spoke no english when comming to the U.S., translated St. Francis du lac as French Lake. Can you tell me if St. Francis du lac is anywhere near St. Anicet or am I way off base? And is there a way to find some records? Im not very good at all with Canadian sources. Thanks again! LeLani
