I suspect that she married Côté and Bédard in the USA? Is this possible? Although Augustin Bedard was born in Canada, the family could have emigrated to the USA before Augustin has reached marriage age. Her parents were likely: Alexis Ouellette and Vitaline Doucet married 18 Oct 1870, Wolfestown, parish St. Julien, Wolfe Co. Québec, Canada.
