H. & Etta Trackman? The spelling is difficult to decipher. They were living on Londsdowne? in the town of Ponoka, Red Deer District, which is not too far removed from Drumheller. I was unable to locate her in the 1906 census for the Western Provinces. Since you don't have a 1st name for Mr. Derby, checking the Alberta Homesteads & Western Land Grants Records 1870 - 1930 may not be helpful but there are a number of Derbys listed.
