Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/7aB.2ACEAE/588 Message Board Post: Searching for descendants of James Berry born 1802 and Elizabeth Leddy born 1803.They emigrated from Ireland circa 1830's.They settled in Rigaud,Quebec.Why Rigaud ?They may have had children born in Ireland ,not sure .They had several more children born in Canada,all baptized at Ste.-Madeleine de Rigaud.My ggrandfather was Peter Berry born1850, and married Sarah Latour in Rigaud in 1876.They also had large family.Their daughter Maud Alice Berry, my grandmother.Do these names mean anything to anyone?Would love to know where they came from in Ireland or if there are any long lost cousins out there.
