The mother took off when Patricia was just a baby. The father, William Atkinson was a dance instructor in Canada. The mother, first name unknown, was a dance hall girl. This is what I have been told by my mother. Patricia Dawn married Richard N Stroh. His parents/grandparents were from Germany. Does anyone have any information regarding William Atkinson or his estranged wife Smithwaithe?

It would probably help others - to help you with your research - if there was a timeline to by guided by.Also - knowing an approximate location /s - would also be helpful.
